ABOUT
Sarah Hume is a journalist from Farmington Hills, Michigan. She writes about public history, human rights, and environmental justice. Sarah finished with a concentration in Narrative Journalism from Denison University where she wrote extensively about central Ohio's coal mining community, and has since written about Indigenous rights, the dangers of low-head dams, and family cemeteries in Kentucky. She finds that storytelling and empathy make the world a little better.
